Hector is a waiter who works in the clubhouse at the Texas Stadium. He offers to share marijuana with Mango and Billy as a small way to "support the troops," which the men appreciate. While they smoke, Hector shares that he's thinking of joining the Army to obtain health insurance for his young daughter whose mother doesn’t work. Though Billy and Mango initially try to dissuade him, they all agree that there's not much else out there. Hector is also enraged when he learns that Bravo Squad is going to be redeployed after the Victory Tour, saying that redeployment is no way to thank America's heroes.
