Duophysite is a Prescient who lives in Hawaii and communicates from a distance with his fellow Prescient Meronym using an egglike device called an orison. Duophysite motivates Meronym and Zachry’s final journey by informing Meronym that a plague seems to have wiped out many of the surviving Prescients, and that Meronym should come to meet Duophysite.
