Steve Davis Character Analysis

The chief spokesman for the Jeffco sheriff’s department at the time of the attacks. The leader of the first press conference after the attack, he cautioned against repeating “rumors” that could erroneously describe the number of fatalities or the status of the suspects—Sheriff John Stone, however, did not heed Davis’s warnings, and in his question-and-answer portion doubled the death count and spread incorrect word of a possible third shooter, among other falsehoods.
