Eldon Rosen Character Analysis

Eldon Rosen is the owner of the Rosen company. Although he pretends to be helpful when Rick comes to see him, he has no interest in aiding the police. Instead, he speaks to the police only so he can figure out what they know and then develop better androids to fool them.
