Luna Lovegood Character Analysis

One of Harry, Ron, and Hermione's friends at Hogwarts. She's a year younger, with long blond hair and eyes that seem to stare uncomfortably. Luna has a reputation as a crazy believer of conspiracy theories and nonexistent creatures, but she's a loyal friend and, when she's focused, she's also a competent witch. She recognizes Harry at Bill and Fleur's wedding, even though he's in disguise, and seems to have a knack for knowing how people are feeling. Harry learns after visiting her father, Xenophilius, that the Death Eaters kidnapped Luna off the Hogwarts Express when she was coming home for Christmas in the hopes of blackmailing her father. Harry and Dobby rescue Luna from Malfoy Manor.
