A fence based in Manhattan who works with Molly, Case, and Armitage. Molly and the Finn meet secretly behind Armitage’s back to research their suspicious employer, but the Finn also works installing security systems for Armitage and supplying him and Case with hardware and software. Wintermute often appears to Case and Molly as the Finn, so although the man himself is only present in the first half of the novel, his face follows the protagonists throughout.
