The Bocchicchio Family is notorious for the importance they place on family loyalty. To diversify their operations, they establish a profitable business serving as negotiators and hostages who help resolve disputes between other Mafia families. They supply a hostage as a surrogate for Michael Corleone during the Corleone Family’s negotiations with Sollozzo and the Tattaglias.
