Eöl Character Analysis

Eöl is a Dark elf who lives in the forest of Nan Elmoth where he traps Aredhel and later marries her. He follows Aredhel and their son Maeglin when they flee to Gondolin and accidentally kills Aredhel while trying to stab Maeglin. He is put to death by being thrown from the walls and curses Maeglin to die the same way.
