Arthur Alexander Gray Character Analysis

Alex Gray is the American Ambassador to Vietnam. When Gray hears that Senator Brown is coming to inspect them, he calls his staff together and tells them to make Brown think they are doing a better job than they truly are. Gray and his staff are ultimately successful, since Brown leaves convinced that the Americans in Vietnam are working hard to combat Communism.
