Norm Schiller is the Gordon High football coach. He takes his students’ success on the field—or lack thereof—deeply personally, and he is excited when The Wave seems to be shaping his players up into a more cohesive, powerful team. He is disappointed, however, when The Wave ultimately doesn’t help the players win the game, and begins talking badly about the movement and Ben Ross as well.
