Tired man Character Analysis

A police detective in search of Senator Zapanta’s stolen fortune. The tired man brutally interrogates Raphael, violently choking him and threatening to break Raphael’s bones one by one—but he is unsuccessful in getting any information out of Raphael. The tired man concludes that Raphael, just like all the city’s scavengers, is worthless “garbage.”
