Working for his uncle, the street food vendor’s nephew takes the order of the two men in the silver Mercedes, but he is quickly perturbed both by their strange demeanor and what he witnesses inside of their vehicle. He informs his uncle that he will not take them their food, a decision his uncle initially assumes stems from typical teenage laziness. However, when the vendor finally glimpses what so deeply unsettled his nephew—the blood-spattered angel figurines—he understands the boy’s fear.
