Loomis is a police officer who works for the Sanitation Department. Though a useful connection for the Minna Men of L&L, Loomis is unfortunately often slow on the uptake and a bit of a bumbling lug. Nevertheless, Loomis does help Lionel to uncover vital information about the Fujisaki Corporation and their dealings at 1030 Park Avenue—information that eventually helps Lionel crack the case of Frank Minna’s murder.
