Concession Term Analysis

Concessions are a form of collective bargaining in which a union agrees to certain stipulations (such as lower pay) in order for workers to secure their employment. In Sweat, Cynthia and Brucie warn the floor workers at Olstead’s Steel Tubing that they’ll have to accept concessions if they want to end the company lockout and get their jobs back.
