Anya is a Healer Grisha who’s indentured to Councilman Hoede. Joost has a crush on her. She’s selected as the Corporalki Grisha to try jurda parem—and though Hoede and his associates believe she’ll be safe under parem’s influence due to being a Healer, Anya takes control of at least a dozen stadwatch guards and Hoede, causing them to all eventually die.
