Sunto is Chang Sacha’s son. When Cinder spots Sacha in the quarantines, she pleads with Cinder to bring her son to her just before she dies. As a result, when Cinder visits the quarantines a second time and spots Sunto among the dying, she gives Sunto part of the letumosis antidote, and he recovers from the disease.
