Bronx Masquerade: Chapter 52 Summary & Analysis

Summary
Analysis
The coldness of Amy’s poem surprises Tyrone. He thinks someone must have hurt Amy pretty bad for her to be writing something like that. Still, he can remember feeling a similar way twice in his life: once when his dad died and again when his girlfriend left him and started dating one of his friends.
Tyrone feels the hurt in Amy’s poem and recognizes it for what it is. Again, although Tyrone and Amy are two completely different people from completely different backgrounds, poetry helps bring them closer together.
